7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

AVFlow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.

 

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
